This enacted ordinance authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to convey City-owned land at 332–52 East Tioga Street, including any buildings or improvements, to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for a nominal payment. The transfer must include an Economic Opportunity Plan, and any net proceeds from a later sale of the property by the Authority must be paid into the City’s General Fund.
