This enacted ordinance changes the zoning designations for certain land in the area bounded by York Street, Front Street, Second Street, and Berks Street. The changes took effect August 22, 2012, and apply to zoning or use-registration permit applications filed after that date, not earlier applications.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by York Street, Front Street, Second Street and Berks Street.
