This enacted ordinance authorizes The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia to construct, own, and maintain specified encroachments in the City right-of-way along East Service Drive, Civic Center Boulevard, and West Service Drive. These include a building canopy and underground retaining-wall supports, raised planters, bicycle racks, and security bollards. The hospital must obtain required permits, enter into an agreement with the City, and meet requirements for removal, insurance, liability, utilities, and public access.

Authorizing The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, located at 34th and Civic Center Boulevard, Philadelphia Pennsylvania, to construct, own and maintain various encroachments within the City right-of-way on East Service Drive between Civic Center Boulevard and Health Sciences Drive, on Civic Center Boulevard between East Service Drive and West Service Drive, and on West Service Drive between Civic Center Boulevard and Health Sciences Drive, under certain terms and conditions.
