This enacted bill authorizes Philadelphia’s Procurement Commissioner to enter into a seven-year concession agreement with Clear Channel Outdoor, Inc., doing business as Clear Channel Airports. Under the agreement, the company will develop, operate, and maintain an advertising program at Philadelphia International Airport, subject to the agreement’s terms and conditions.
