This enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Board of Surveyors to change the planned grades of Cross Street between Gates Street and Hermitage Street, and Gates Street between Silverwood Street and Cross Street. The changes require agreements protecting the City from damage claims, payment of hearing-advertising costs, and payment of $200 toward ordinance costs within the specified time limits.

Authorizing and directing the revision of a portion of City Plan No. 231 by changing the grades of Cross Street from Gates Street to Hermitage Street and Gates Street from Silverwood Street to Cross Street, under certain terms and conditions.
