This enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Board of Surveyors to remove Towanda Street between Willow Grove Avenue and Springfield Avenue from the official City Plan. Property owners or other parties involved must meet conditions, including agreements addressing potential claims and damages, payment of public-hearing advertising costs, and payment of $200 into the City Treasury.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 149 by striking from the City Plan Towanda Street from Willow Grove Avenue to Springfield Avenue, under certain terms and conditions.
