This enacted ordinance authorizes Old Nelson Food PA, LLC to construct, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 2930 Chestnut Street, with 12 tables and 24 chairs extending about four feet onto the sidewalk while leaving about eight feet of clear walkway. The owner must obtain required permits and approvals, meet city rules, enter into an agreement with the City, and remove the café within 30 days if properly notified for reasons including public projects, sidewalk closures, nonuse, or violations.
