This enacted bill authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer a City-owned parcel at 1224–1232 North Mascher Street, including any buildings or other improvements, to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for further conveyance. The transfer must require an Economic Opportunity Plan, and the City Solicitor may set terms to protect the City’s interests.
