This enacted ordinance authorizes Temple University to construct, own, and maintain an LCD sign and three planters in the public right-of-way in front of 1837-55 North Broad Street. The items may extend about five feet onto the east sidewalk, leaving about 17 feet of clear walkway, and Temple must obtain required permits, follow City rules, maintain insurance, and remove the encroachments if directed for a City construction project.
