This enacted ordinance expands Philadelphia’s I-95 Acquisition Corridor under the zoning code. The corridor now covers areas within 200 feet of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation right-of-way from Rhawn Street to Arch Street, affecting zoning and accessory-sign regulations in those areas.
