This enacted bill authorizes Caffe Italia to install and maintain four sidewalk tables with seating for up to seven people outside 1424 Snyder Avenue, while leaving about eight feet of clear sidewalk. The restaurant must obtain required permits, follow city rules, carry required insurance or provide approved self-insurance, and remove the seating within 30 days if the City requires it for safety, construction, sidewalk use, or violations.

Authorizing Caffe Italia ("Owner") to construct, own and maintain auxiliary seating at 1424 Snyder Avenue ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.
