This enacted bill authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer City-owned parcels at 3300 North Front Street and 130 West Westmoreland Street, including any buildings or other improvements, to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for further conveyance. The transfer must include a commitment by the authority to require an Economic Opportunity Plan, and the City Solicitor may approve the documents and terms needed to complete it.
