The enacted bill authorized the City Treasurer to amend the City’s contract with Wells Fargo Bank to continue providing payroll banking services from July 1, 2012, through June 30, 2013, subject to funding. The contract includes requirements related to nondiscrimination, participation by minority-, women-, and disabled-owned businesses, protected health information, and certain wage and benefits standards for covered employees.
Authorizing the City Treasurer, on behalf of the City, to enter into an agreement with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. for provision of payroll banking services to the City, under certain terms and conditions.
