This enacted ordinance authorizes the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation to acquire easements from Antonio Origlio, Inc. and the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation to create a public recreation trail connecting Junod Playground with Poquessing Creek Park and Benjamin Rush State Park. It also authorizes the City Solicitor to approve the documents needed for the easements, which would be acquired for nominal consideration.

Authorizing the Commissioner of the Department of Parks and Recreation to acquire certain easements for the purpose of constructing a public recreation trail to connect Junod Playground to Poquessing Creek Park and Benjamin Rush State Park, all under certain terms and conditions.
