This enacted ordinance authorizes Dranoff Properties, Inc. to construct, own, and maintain canopies, an overhang, and bay windows extending into the public right-of-way along portions of Broad, South, and Rodman Streets. The company must obtain required permits, enter into an agreement with the City, carry insurance or provide equivalent coverage, and remove the encroachments at its own expense if required for a City project or after proper notice.

Authorizing Dranoff Properties, Inc., 3180 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to construct, own and maintain various encroachments within the City right-of-way on the east side of Broad Street between Rodman Street and South Street, the north side of South Street between Juniper Street and Broad Street and the south side of Rodman Street between Juniper Street and Broad Street, under certain terms and conditions.
