The enacted ordinance authorizes 2303 Bainbridge Street, LLC, to build, own, and maintain bays or balconies that extend up to three feet over portions of the sidewalks along Bainbridge Street and Grays Ferry Avenue next to 621 South 24th Street. The company must obtain all required permits, enter into an agreement with the City, carry required insurance or provide equivalent coverage, and remove the encroachments if the City gives notice for a municipal construction project.

Authorizing 2303 Bainbridge Street, LLC, to construct, own and maintain various encroachments within the City right-of-way on the north side of Bainbridge Street between South 24th Street and Grays Ferry Avenue and the west side of Grays Ferry Avenue, north of Bainbridge Street, adjacent to the premises known as 621 South 24th Street, under certain terms and conditions.
