The enacted ordinance prohibits people from intentionally damaging or defacing publicly accessible outdoor artwork and memorials, including their supporting structures. It also prohibits using a skateboard, rollerblades, or a bicycle to intentionally strike such artwork or memorials; violations can result in fines, possible forfeiture of the equipment, and additional consequences for parents when a child under 18 is involved.

Amending Title 10 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulation of Individual Conduct and Activity," to prohibit certain activities that damage, deface, or risk damage to, public artwork or memorials, and to provide for penalties for violations of such prohibitions, all under certain terms and conditions.
