The enacted ordinance authorizes Bill Murphy’s Irish Saloon to construct and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 3333-35 Conrad Street, with six tables and 12 chairs extending onto the south footway of Indian Queen Lane while leaving about 6 feet 3 inches of clear sidewalk. The owner must obtain required permits, follow City rules, maintain insurance or approved self-insurance, and remove the café within 30 days if the City gives notice for specified reasons, including construction, noncompliance, or closure.
