The enacted bill authorizes J.B. Sweets & Treats LLC, doing business as Sweets & Treats, to construct, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 3138 Richmond Street. The café may include two benches and two tables with four chairs, subject to required permits, city rules, insurance, and agreements, and the owner must remove or relocate it if the City gives lawful notice for specified reasons.

Authorizing J.B. Sweets & Treats LLC d/b/a Sweets & Treats ("Owner") to construct, own and maintain an open air sidewalk café at 3138 Richmond Street ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.
