This enacted ordinance authorizes Green Olives Cafe to build and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 992 N. 2nd Street. The café may include nine tables and 18 chairs extending up to four feet onto the south sidewalk of Wildey Street, while leaving about six feet of clear walkway; the owner must obtain required permits, follow city rules, and meet insurance and other conditions.

Authorizing Green Olives Cafe ("Owner") to construct, own and maintain an open air sidewalk café at 992 N. 2nd Street ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.
