The enacted ordinance authorizes Dock Street Brewery to construct, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 701 S. 50th Street, with 14 tables and 28 chairs extending onto the south side of Willows Avenue. The brewery must obtain required permits and approvals, enter into an agreement with the City, maintain insurance, and remove the café within 30 days if the City gives notice for specified reasons, such as a public project or violations of city rules.
