The enacted ordinance authorizes the City to revise the City Plan and vacate Senate Street from about 106 feet west of Rosewood Street to the street’s western terminus. The property owner or other interested party must meet conditions including releasing and indemnifying the City from related claims, paying the cost of advertising the public hearing, and paying $200 into the City Treasury within 120 days for the ordinance to take effect.
Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 9-S by striking from the City Plan and vacating Senate Street from a point approximately one-hundred six feet west of Rosewood Street to its terminus westwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions.
