The enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove and vacate “A” Street from the City Plan between Erie Avenue and a cul-de-sac turnaround south of it. It requires the affected property owner or other responsible party to provide agreements, cover costs, and make any needed changes to streets, utilities, and City facilities connected to the vacation.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 224 by striking from the City Plan and vacating "A" Street from Erie Avenue to a cul-de-sac turnaround southwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions.
