This enacted bill authorizes Aquinas 2021 Chestnut Street L.P. to construct, own, and maintain four bay-window projections extending up to three feet over the public sidewalks on Chestnut Street and Ranstead Street between 20th and 21st Streets, next to 2017–2023 Chestnut Street. The authorization is subject to required permits, a City agreement, insurance or financial guarantees, and the possible removal of the projections for City construction projects or other stated reasons.

Authorizing Aquinas 2021 Chestnut Street L.P. to construct, own and maintain various encroachments within the City right-of-way on Chestnut Street between 20th Street and 21st Street and on Ranstead Street between 20th Street and 21st Street, adjacent to the premises at 2017-2023 Chestnut Street, under certain terms and conditions.
