This enacted ordinance authorizes KHP II Chestnut, LLC, doing business as Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, to install and maintain planter boxes in the public sidewalks around 433–441 Chestnut Street and Independence Mall East. The owner must obtain required permits, enter into an agreement with the City, maintain insurance or equivalent coverage, and remove the planters if the City gives notice for a municipal construction project or other specified purposes.

Authorizing KHP II Chestnut, LLC d/b/a Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants ("Owner") to construct, own and maintain various right-of-way encroachments at 433-441 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA ("Property") under certain terms and conditions.
