This enacted ordinance changes the names of two Philadelphia street segments. University Avenue between Woodland Avenue and 39th Street and University Avenue Extension between University Avenue and Spruce Street are renamed as specified in the ordinance: the first becomes Baltimore Avenue, and the second becomes University Avenue.

Authorizing and directing the changing of the name of University Avenue, from Woodland Avenue and Thirty-ninth Street to University Avenue Extension, to Baltimore Avenue, and the changing of the name of University Avenue Extension, from University Avenue to Spruce Street, to University Avenue.
