This enacted ordinance revises and clarifies Philadelphia’s zoning and planning rules, including rules for land uses, development standards, parking, building height, permits, public notice, and historic properties. It also makes related changes to the building, housing, business, streets, procurement, and finance sections of The Philadelphia Code, affecting property owners, developers, businesses, and residents.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by revising and clarifying certain provisions and making technical changes; and amending various other Titles to make conforming changes; all under certain terms and conditions.
