This enacted ordinance authorized the transfer of $37.15 million in Fiscal Year 2013 appropriations within the City’s General Fund and Grants Revenue Fund. The funds were moved from the Managing Director, Public Health, Human Services, and grants provisions to support city offices and programs including the Inspector General, technology, Mural Arts, Streets, Parks and Recreation, Human Services, supportive housing, employee benefits, and other functions.

Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2013 from the General Fund, certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions and the Grants Revenue Fund, the Director of Finance - Provision for Other Grants to the General Fund, certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions.
