This enacted bill authorizes Lucky 13 Pub LLC to construct, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café outside 1820 S. 13th Street. The café may include two tables and five chairs that extend onto the sidewalk while leaving at least five feet of clear walking space, and the owner must obtain required permits, maintain insurance, follow city rules, and remove the café if properly notified by the City.

Authorizing Lucky 13 Pub LLC ("Owner") to construct, own and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1820 S. 13th Street ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.
