The enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove Woodbine Avenue from the City Plan between Belmont Avenue and Hayes Avenue and Forty-ninth Street. Property owners or other parties involved must meet conditions, including releasing and protecting the City from claims, paying the cost of public-hearing advertising, and paying $200 into the City Treasury within 120 days; the required filings must be made within two years.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 340 by striking from the City Plan Woodbine Avenue from Belmont Avenue to Hayes Avenue and Forty-ninth Street, under certain terms and conditions.
