This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove the westerly 10 feet of Twenty-first Street between Race Street and Spring Street from the official City Plan. The change is subject to agreements from affected property owners addressing potential claims and costs, payment of related advertising expenses, and a $200 payment to the City Treasury.
