This enacted ordinance authorizes the University of Pennsylvania’s Division of Facilities to construct, own, and maintain part of the Center for Advanced Medicine building within the public right-of-way along Health Sciences Drive. The authorization is subject to required permits, a City agreement, insurance and other protections, and possible removal at the university’s expense if the City gives notice for a municipal construction project.
