This enacted bill authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to enter into a 10-year sublease with the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for about 18,820 square feet at 111 North 49th Street. The City will use the space as a women’s shelter and for related purposes, paying first-year rent of $315,235 with annual increases and covering interior improvements and maintenance.
