This enacted ordinance authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of Philadelphia, to acquire land or other real estate interests along the Delaware River and the Kensington & Tacony Trail. The acquired property may be incorporated into the trail for public recreation use, with the City Solicitor authorized to approve the necessary documents.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to acquire fee simple title, or a lesser interest in real estate, in parcels of land along the Delaware River and the Kensington & Tacony Trail, under certain terms and conditions.
