The enacted ordinance authorized the Finance Director to transfer $2,134,127 within the City’s Fiscal Year 2012 General Fund. The money was transferred from a technology-services appropriation and from the First Judicial District’s personal-services and materials appropriations into the district’s purchase-of-services appropriation.
