This enacted ordinance authorized the City’s Finance Director to transfer $1,705,954 in Fiscal Year 2012 General Fund appropriations to the Police Department’s personal-services budget. The money came from the Managing Director’s Division of Technology and from other Police Department budget lines for services, materials, supplies, and equipment.

Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2012 within the General Fund from certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions to the Police Department.
