The enacted ordinance authorized the Finance Director to transfer $4,417,311 in Fiscal Year 2012 General Fund appropriations to the Department of Human Services – Philadelphia Prisons. The money was shifted from personal-services funding and other payments within the Department of Human Services to personal-services funding for Philadelphia Prisons.
