This enacted ordinance authorized a $1,397,821 transfer within Philadelphia’s Fiscal Year 2012 General Fund to the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development. The money came from personal-services funding in the Managing Director’s Division of Technology and purchase-of-services funding in the housing office, and was transferred to the housing office for payments to other funds.

Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2012 within the General Fund from certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions to the Mayor - Office of Housing and Community Development.
