This enacted ordinance authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer a City-owned parcel at 2516–20 Sepviva Street to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for further sale. The transfer requires the Authority to give the City the net proceeds from that sale for deposit in the General Fund.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to convey, to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, a parcel of land located in the vicinity of the Northeast corner of the intersection of Sepviva Street and East Firth Street, for further conveyance, under certain terms and conditions.
