This enacted bill authorizes the Haverford Avenue Business Association to install and maintain 18 benches in the public right-of-way along the 7500 block of Haverford Avenue. The association must obtain required permits, follow City rules, maintain insurance or comparable coverage, and remove the benches at its own expense when required by the City, including for municipal construction.
