The enacted ordinance authorizes Ruby D, LLC, doing business as Lemon Hill Food and Drink, to build and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 747 North 25th Street with five tables for up to 24 occupants on parts of Aspen Street and North 25th Street. The café must meet City requirements, obtain required permits and approvals, and follow conditions including insurance and removal if the City gives lawful notice for specified reasons.
