This enacted ordinance changes the zoning designations for certain land within the area bounded by City Avenue, Cardinal Avenue, Overbrook Avenue, and 59th Street. It also amends Saint Joseph’s University’s Special Purpose Institutional Development Master Plan for that area and took effect immediately.
