This enacted bill authorizes 39th and Sansom Streets Corporation, operating as Cavanaugh's Leprechaun, to build and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 119 S. 39th Street. The café may have six tables for up to 18 occupants on the Sansom Street and S. 39th Street sidewalks, subject to required permits, approvals, insurance, and other City conditions.
