This enacted ordinance authorizes Bharat Patel, who operates a newsstand at 1400-08 Chestnut Street, to build, use, and maintain conduits under the southwest corner of Broad and Chestnut Streets for electrical and telephone service. The authorization requires permits and a City agreement, along with insurance and other conditions; Patel must pay for removing the conduits if required and remove them within 180 days after written notice from the Streets Department.

Authorizing Bharat Patel, owner and operator of the newsstand located on the southwest corner of Broad and Chestnut Streets (1400-08 Chestnut Street), to construct, use and maintain conduits in and under the southwest corner of Broad and Chestnut Streets (1400-08 Chestnut Street) for the purpose of supplying electrical service and telephone service to the newsstand, under certain terms and conditions.
