This enacted bill adopts Philadelphia’s Fiscal 2014 Capital Budget, totaling $3,280,435,000, for capital projects during the fiscal year from July 1, 2013, through June 30, 2014. It authorizes the City’s Finance Director and Controller to approve spending for the budgeted purposes, subject to available funding, loan authorization, and formal grant awards where applicable.
