This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s list of authorized city depositories. It authorizes the City Treasurer to deposit city funds in Bank of New York Mellon, subject to the terms and conditions in the ordinance.
Amending Chapter 19-200 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "City Funds - Deposits, Investments, Disbursements," by amending Section 19-201, entitled "City Depositories," by authorizing the City Treasurer to deposit funds in Bank of New York Mellon, under certain terms and conditions.
