READ AND PASSED
The enacted ordinance revises Philadelphia’s zoning rules for surface parking lots. Except for lots serving single-family uses, a surface lot along a street in a residential district may have either one curb cut up to 24 feet wide or two one-way curb cuts up to 12 feet wide each, and the curb cuts together may not take up more than half of the street frontage.
Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by amending Chapter 14-800, entitled "Parking and Loading," by revising parking design standards, under certain terms and conditions.
