This enacted ordinance authorizes Nirlesh Desai, who operates the newsstand at 17th and Chestnut Streets, to construct, use, and maintain underground conduits supplying electricity and telephone service to the newsstand. The work requires permits, an agreement with the City, insurance and a bond, and the conduits must be removed if the Streets Department gives lawful written notice; the authorization expires if the required agreement and conditions are not completed within one year.

Authorizing, Nirlesh Desai, owner and operator of the newsstand located on the northeast corner of 17th and Chestnut Streets, to construct, use and maintain conduits in and under the northeast corner of 17th and Chestnut Streets for the purpose of supplying electrical service and telephone service to the newsstand, under certain terms and conditions.
