This enacted ordinance authorizes the Commerce Director and the Commissioner of Public Property to acquire an approximately 8.606-acre property at 1070 Tinicum Island Road in Tinicum Township, Delaware County, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia. The City Solicitor may review and approve the documents and terms needed to complete the acquisition.
