This enacted bill authorizes the Commerce Director and the Commissioner of Public Property to acquire approximately 5.61 acres on Tinicum Island Road in Tinicum Township, Delaware County, for the City of Philadelphia. It also authorizes the City Solicitor to review and approve the documents needed for the acquisition, subject to terms and conditions intended to protect the City's interests.
